Return Policy
General Merchandise Items may be returned or exchanged in their original packaging within 10 days of receipt.
Badia Design will not refund the shipping charges for returned items nor pay for the shipping of returned items unless the items delivered were either not what you ordered or arrived damaged.
In these cases, you must contact us immediately upon receipt to notify us and we will arrange for a pickup of the goods. A 15% service fee will be charged on the returned orders.
Please make sure to keep the packaging the way you received it as well as the shipping label in the box.

Please provide a fax number where we can fax you a credit card authorization form to complete the transaction.
