A handwoven Azilal runner from Morocco's High Atlas, set on undyed ivory wool and worked across the full length of the field with a freehand pattern of charcoal zigzag lines and small black squares — drawn loose, like script across a long page rather than ruled to a grid. The composition has the unmistakable hand-drawn quality of Azilal work, where the weaver composes in real time without a fixed cartoon. Plush hand-knotted pile, lanolin-rich fleece, framed by a clean charcoal perimeter line and finished with hand-tied ivory tassels at both ends. A long, narrow runner format suited to hallways, kitchen galleys, and bedside placement.
